Biography

In 2010, he graduated from the Moscow State Academy of Choreography (under teacher Ilya Kuznetsov) and was accepted into the ballet company of the Bolshoi Theatre. While a student at the MSACh, he performed the role of Colas in P. Hertel's ballet "La Fille mal gardée" in the production by Y. Grigorovich. He rehearsed under the guidance of Mikhail Lavrovsky and Valery Lagunov. His current coach is Alexander Vetrov.

In 2015, he graduated with honors from the Choreography Department of the MSACh (specialization "The Art of the Choreographer," under teacher Mikhail Lavrovsky).

In July 2022, the Bolshoi Theatre premiered the ballet "The Seasons" set to music by A.K. Glazunov, staged by Belyakov (as part of an evening of one-act ballets).

Since 2018, he has been studying at the Institute of Public Administration and Management of RANEPA under the President of the Russian Federation. He is the founder of the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization for the Development of Culture and Art "Kulturnye Lyudi" (Cultural People).

Awards
2010 — Second Prize at the review-competition for young ballet artists held in Krasnoyarsk as part of the 1st All-Russian Forum "Ballet of the 21st Century," dedicated to the centenary of Galina Ulanova's birth.
2020 — Leone Massimi Prize in the "Dancer of the Year Appeared on the International Scene" category (Positano, Italy).
2021 — Russian National Theatre Award "Golden Mask" in the nomination "Best Male Role in Ballet and Contemporary Dance" (for the role of Count Albrecht in A. Adam's ballet "Giselle," choreographic version by A. Ratmansky, Bolshoi Theatre).
2022 — The "Soul of Dance" prize from the magazine Ballet in the "Star" nomination.
2024 — Prize of the International Choreography Association "Benois de la Danse" (for the role of Tsar Ivan IV in S. Prokofiev's ballet "Ivan the Terrible," choreography by Y. Grigorovich, Bolshoi Theatre).
